On the site of a 17th century woollen mill, Hafannedd offers 2 idyllic holiday lets.

The Mill sleeps up to 5 whilst The Cottage sleeps up to 4. Both share access to lovely gardens.

Located on the River Clwyd in North Wales, on the edge of the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), Hafannedd is the perfect place for cyclists and walkers particularly, from which to explore all that beautiful North Wales has to offer.

The accommodation

Hafannedd has been a self-catering holiday destination for many years and is now in its second season under the ownership of Nikki and Barry.

The Mill and the Cottage offer a relaxed and welcoming stay - both furnished beautifully, sympathetic to their 400 year-old heritage and maintained to the highest standard. The properties have been extensively updated with modern amenities, offering unique holiday homes for every season.

Nikki and Barry extend a very warm welcome to visitors; their love and enthusiasm for Hafannedd and the surrounding areas will be immediately apparent on arrival.

It's no wonder that visitors will wish to re-book as their holiday comes to an end - there's so much to explore and experience whilst staying at Hafannedd. But if you want to opt for just rest and relaxation by the river, you can do that too.

The location

We are located perfectly for a stunning North Wales escape and explore being approximately 30 minutes from the coast, and also 30 minutes from Yr Wyddfa and Eryri (Snowdon and Snowdonia).

With plenty of walks and tourist attractions you can either escape for some quiet time or dive into the many attractions located around us. We're always on hand to offer thoughts and guidance and there is plenty of information available in our Communal area.
